This policy explains how “应用雷达” (the “Service”) collects, uses and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: the email, password (stored encrypted) and optional name you provide at sign-up.
• What you monitor: App IDs / package names / store links, and the public rating and review data fetched for them (including reviewer nicknames and content as shown publicly in the stores).
• Developer credentials (optional): if you enable replying to reviews in-app, the App Store Connect / Google Play credentials you upload are stored encrypted and used only to read from and post replies to the corresponding stores on your behalf.
• Notification channels: the email / Webhook addresses you configure, used only to push the notifications you subscribed to.

2. How we use information

• to provide and maintain rating/review monitoring, summaries and notifications;
• to reply to reviews on your behalf, using your credentials, only when you take that action;
• to keep the Service secure, troubleshoot, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information, nor use developer credentials beyond what you authorize.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored on our servers; passwords and developer credentials are stored encrypted. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

4. Third parties

The Service fetches rating and review data from the public interfaces of the Apple App Store and Google Play; when you enable the relevant features, it calls Apple / Google official developer APIs. Email is delivered via an email service. The mobile app displays ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and app-usage data to deliver and measure advertising; on iOS you can control ad tracking through the system App Tracking Transparency prompt, and paid subscribers see no ads. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Your rights

You can delete your developer credentials and notification channels at any time on the “Account & integrations” page, or contact us to delete your account and related data.
