Welcome to “应用雷达” (the “Service”). By registering or using the Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service helps you monitor public ratings and reviews of apps on the App Store and Google Play, provides change notifications and summaries, and supports replying to reviews in-app when you provide your own developer credentials. Features may change between versions.

2. Account & responsibilities

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must have the right to use the developer credentials you upload, and use them only for apps you are authorized to manage.
• You must not use the Service for illegal, infringing or abusive purposes (e.g. malicious scraping, harassment).

3. Third-party data & trademarks

Rating and review data come from the public interfaces of Apple and Google; related trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google. When using the official APIs, you must comply with Apple / Google developer agreements.

4. Plans & payment

The Service offers free and paid plans; quotas and prices are as shown on the “Plan” page. The activation, billing and refund rules for paid features will be described when payment is integrated.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee data is fully real-time or complete (the store interfaces themselves have delays and limits). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or adjust / discontinue the Service; significant changes will be communicated appropriately. You may stop using it and delete your account at any time.
